Phone Power's Home Adapter is the next generation of powerful, high quality devices. Its compact size, excellent voice quality, and configuration options make it useful for both residential and small business applications.

You will not need any existing network hardware to use this package. However if you already have a router you can place this unit before or after it and it will act as a simple Telephone Adapter.

You will simply plug it into your current Broadband Modem and it will connect directly to Phone Power's servers (No matter what type of Broadband you use: Cable, DSL, etc.)

The configuration file may lock you out of the SIP Admin portion of your device. Phone Power does NOT remove the ability to factory reset a BYOD adapter as part of the provisioning process, and does NOT permanently lock you out of your device. You will always have the ability to factory reset your device.

Any device used with Phone Power's service must not be locked or currently provisioned to any other provider and you must have the admin password for said device. Any device received from another VoIP provider will most likely NOT work due to this restriction.
*Only hardware versions 1 and 2 of the WIP310 work with our network.
